At Gimaguas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and unwashed.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
